Our mission
To lead our congregations toward God's ideal, integrating generations to fulfill God's purpose for the Church.
The Congregational Revitalization Academy, known as ARC, is born from the congregational transformation model that served as the basis for the Congregational Transformation Institute, the Lay Institute, the Youth Institute, and the New Work Planters Institute.
In this model, the pastoral ministry will participate alongside a group of leaders from their congregation in each meeting. The goal of this is for both the pastor and the lay leadership to have a community in their church that speaks their same language and that together they can experience the transformation that God desires for their congregation.
ARC presents an intergenerational approach where efforts can be joined and the harmony required to fulfill the mission left by God for the construction of his Kingdom can be achieved.
ARC responds to questions and challenges our churches present regarding issues related to:
• Our Baptist History, Baptist Principles and Practice
• financial planning
• human resources necessary and required for the mission
• training and evangelization strategies
• strategic planning
• organizational structure
• among other topics that are relevant to the Church.
It will also include training for people endorsed by the denomination, providing close support to churches that need help.
ARC offers specialized volunteer missionaries for churches that require short-term assistance to meet the particular needs of a congregation or new work at a particular time. It also has the denominational resources to carry out interventions in special assignments.
ARC is an 18-month educational experience consisting of three three-day events. At each meeting, participants will experience collective learning. This coexistence will allow them to share impressions on how to carry out the task entrusted to them in the Great Commission. Participants will receive the required material and the meetings will consist of conferences and workshops for a pertinent and dynamic learning process. See what the project consists of:
